When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from your Google profile. When you subscribe to Pro, Stripe collects your payment information — we do not store credit card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain your account
• Process subscription payments
• Display relevant search results
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)
• Improve the Service

3. Advertising

Free-tier users may see advertisements served by Google AdSense. AdSense may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your browsing activity. You can manage your ad preferences through Google Ads Settings. Pro subscribers do not see ads.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. Third-party services (Supabase, Stripe, Google AdSense) may set additional cookies as described in their respective privacy policies.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS) with row-level security enabled. We use HTTPS for all data transmission. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — authentication and database
• Stripe — payment processing
• Google AdSense — advertising (free tier only)
• Vercel — hosting

Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics.
